I love this place!!! The owners are awesome and knowledgeable!!! I love the mountains here in Colorado, but now I've found a new way to enjoy them more!. The prices are the best in town, and they have so many options to choose from. I loved the jeep I had, it was so nice! I definitely will recommend to everyone I know. Thank you Ark Valley!
08/2017 called several places and I was amazed how these people just seemed put out and did not want to spend any time with me. Found Ark Valley and talked to Dustin and Allen. I was expecting the same treatment and was pleasantly surprised. They actually seemed to care about giving me service. Allen even had to call me back on his personal phone because of line issues at the shop and he was not upset in the least. He did what had to be done to give me the service I was looking for. We rented two jeeps and RZR 800cc with a trailer. Dustin talked to us about our skill level and what we were looking for. He pointed out two trails that fit the bill and described each. ( Mt Princeton to the chalet and Tin Cup Pass, outstanding trails!) He was spot on!! It was a great day with great service and very capable machines. They several motocross bikes too. (next time for sure) By the way they had the best prices of all the places I called too!
The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They made suggestions for which equipment would be best for our group, fitted us with helmets, made suggestions for the best trails to meet our needs, showed us paper maps, and helped us download a satellite map app for our phones. We couldn't have been happier with their service and their equipment; the 4 wheeler was top of the line and well maintained.
Truly went above and beyond. I visited in mid-October of 2017. I'm completely green when it comes to dirt, but didn't want to miss the very rare chance to ride some great trails (we don't have much in the way of hills or turns in SW Alabama). After deciding going alone was biting off more than I could chew, Alex, the owner, offered to ride along and keep me pointed on easier trails. To be clear, AVMSR does not have the permit to sell and provide tours; he simply had the time and enthusiasm to take the Husky out for a couple hours that morning. That should say everything about the business; they are passionate about their service and want happy customers. See Melanie Borges' review here for another good example. Everything was ready and parked out front the morning I arrived, they had an extra sticky GoPro mount that I needed and was lent, and we just took off to the trails nearby and up to St. Elmo. The prices were also less than I was expecting. Zero complaints, only praise.
was on vacation with the wife and kids and wanted to go places the trusty van wouldn't make it. the guy on the phone was nice and very informative letting us know that it was early in the season so we might run into snow on some trails which was perfect because my daughter wanted to build a snow man. the jeep we took was a newer one and clean. the guys working put us on some trails that were perfect for my wife and kids to enjoy as well as me. we will definitely be back later in the summer. highly recommend this company. thank you guys for an awesome adventure!
