These guys are my favorite! I'm a Colorado native and have been rafting every summer since I was 6. This company is the best by far. If you want the big box store version of rafting (which you don't) go with somebody else, I guess.... But if you want fun personal guides, dirty, sexy rapids and an all around great experience, Colorado surf factory is the way to go! We were guided by Cory last year and Xander this year, and both were amazing and kick ass. Very focused on us having fun and not just getting us down the river to say goodbye. Awesome guides! We will be back next year and every year after until we get too old. Haven't met the owner yet but they definitely know how to hire good people and encourage a good time! I really can't express how much of a better time I've had with these guides compared to any other rafting outfit. I would recommend this company 100 percent of the time. We've had fun rafting in the past, but never this much. And definitely never had sucha personal experience! We love these guys!
Our group of 5 had an amazing time with Xander at Colorado Surf Factory! We were all first timers and Xander made us feel like pros; expertly guiding us down river, getting us through those tricky spots, and celebrating our victories! We took the half day trip (which covers 10 miles of water) and wish we had done the full day experience. Next time, CSF! Or maybe even an overnighter! Xander had great knowledge of the Arkansas River, history, fun facts and knew every rock on the way down. It was great to learn so much. Although Xander was our guide, all of the guys at the shop were fun, energetic and welcoming. They provided us a smooth check-in, suiting up process and made sure we knew that safety was a priority. We saw other groups waiting in long lines to put-in with other (bigger) companies so I am SO, SO happy we chose this more personalized company who obviously love what they do. We had a party of 9 divided between 2 rafts. This is my 3rd time rafting and this company has been my favorite. The staff was a nice mix of professional but down to earth. Safety is taken very seriously and we had a great day with Kyle and Crazy beard man!
Great company! Smaller, comfortable groups and top notch staff that really cater to your experience! Don't go with the cattle bus companies that just pack you in, get you done and kick you out for the next group. #teamweirdbeard
